Nagadevi Talatam is an accomplished finance and accounts professional at Ayu Foundation since 2023, presently holding the position of Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Finance and Accounts. Armed with a Bachelor of nursing degree. she’s shown her leadership and expertise by introducing innovative financial systems that have significantly improved the foundation’s financial performance.
Her dedication, strategic insights, and commitment to transparency have played a pivotal role in enhancing the organization’s financial stability.

Ramesh babu Giddi is a social impact professional with over 8 years of experience in Education Management, both in the for profit and not for profit sectors. Prior to transitioning into the development sector 5 years ago, she had been on the founding team of three educational institutes, and In the development sector, He has been part of incubators and accelerators, advising newly formed NGOs on strategy and organisational development, and guiding them to create their pathways to impact and scale. He has a graduate degree in Bsc, and has always worked closely on women issues, both in professional and avocational capacity.
He joined Ayu Charitable Foundation one year ago to launch Project ayush. As a project head, he works closely on the program design, strategy and expansion of the program, leading the Ayush team and NGO partners to achieve the intended outcomes for adolescent girls and young women.

Mahesh kondi is passionate about child rights and protection. He is a seasoned development practitioner and him professional career spans nearly over two decades with senior roles within the Local, Non profit and Multilateral organisations. He has multi-sector experience and has worked in WASH, livelihoods, disaster management, and child rights. During his tenure with the post-tsunami rehabilitation program, he built strong partnerships between the government and civil society practitioners through the creation of a common platform, which helped to drive the rehabilitation process in a streamlined manner. The majority of his development experience has been in child rights and protection. He is currently the project manager for the Ayu Charitable Foundation, whose mission is to protect the rights of every child and help create a child-friendly nation.
Mr.Anand kumar Allu is an experienced project manager for Resource Mobilization with a demonstrated of history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. 17 years Of experience in the social and different sectors.He has newly been associated with Ayu Charitable Foundation but never fails to shows him skilled in negotiation, business planning,, operations management,business development, and forecasting.Previously He used to work with as a project manager of volunteer organization.
